Flippy-Flops

Can anyone tell me why on earth it is MY responsbility to locate a certain four-year-old Captain's missing Gecko flippy-flops?

    Because you are his Mommy and you know where everything is. LOL

    My kids do this to me all the time. I even gave them a bin to put their shoes in and they still don't seem to know where their shoes are.
